I made an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 solid hours to be performed. Why make an appointment? The service lady was rude when I questioned the time. She hung up on me. Sales rep. was nice and was helpful but Sales Mgr. was not. Wanted a Rogue SL but no matter how I tried to negotiate, his only answer was no. Really annoying.
