I've gotten two oil changes and they've yet to rotate my tires. I was told to come back on the weekend and get it done, when I showed up they told me it would be an hour wait. Over 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculously long. If you can’t get people in and out in a reasonable time (like an hour to hour and 15 minutes) than don’t have so many slots available. Also, the salesman tried to sell me an air filter that had been replaced 30 days prior. When I told him to check the car fax report, he responded with they don’t always check the car fax and just assumed I needed a new filter. Lastly, your bathrooms were filthy.
