I purchased my car here last October and was wonderfully delighted by the experience. The entire team was friendly and helpful with the whole process. However, when I returned for my first oil change, it wa delighted by the experience. The entire team was friendly and helpful with the whole process. However, when I returned for my first oil change, it was a different story. I had made an appointment for an oil change at 1:00pm and arrived 15 minutes early. I stayed on site to wait for my car. At 2:45pm my car still was not ready. I told the lady at the front desk that I had an appointment at 3:00pm that I could not miss and she proceeded to tell me, very rudely I might add, that they weren’t done and I would have to wait. When I asked how long, she couldn’t give me an exact time. When 3:15 rolled around, I absolutely couldn’t wait any longer and insisted on getting my car. She scoffed at me as she called for the team to bring my car around. When I got into my car and drove away, all of the interior warning lights are on- including the oil change light! Now I have to go somewhere else to have them shut all of these lights off. Thanks for nothing I guess. More
