Although I changed my mind a few times, Chito was extremely patient and delivered exactly what I wanted. The entire process was hassle-free and easy. Chito spent much time explaining the features of the car hands-on, even though it was after hours. If you are looking to buy/lease a car, I highly recommend Chito! Incredible experience The best dealership experience I’ve ever had! First of all, everyone was super friendly- even out on the lot. I was able to browse around the lot and The best dealership experience I’ve ever had! First of all, everyone was super friendly- even out on the lot. I was able to browse around the lot and get a feel for what’ve I liked before being approached. What a pleasant way to start off! Once inside, it got even better. Chito was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and respectful of my budget, which totally put me at ease. Not being a ‘car’ person, I always worry about getting pressured into something. He encouraged me to look at things in my budget, test drive a variety of options, and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Truth be told, I would up spotting a higher end car on my own (no one showed me anything out of my range). Even though it was a different model than what I thought I’d leave with, I’ve been looking at comparable vehicles and the pricing was so great I couldn’t pass it up. The service was the only thing better. Chito was accommodating throughout the entire process, even printing up my temporary insurance card so I’d have it on my ride home. My Subaru is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a great car dealership with incredible service - get to Hudson Subaru now and ask for Chito! You will not regret it! More
