Chito Encarnacion best sales associate ever!! The first time I went to this dealership in 2016, I was very lucky that Chito Encarnacion helped me purchased my first Subaru. Chito is extremely knowledgeable, patient, nice, curteious and 100% customer service oriented. He was able to give me a great deal for my 2016 Subaru. This year, I was in need to replace my 2016 Subaru. I received many many many offers from different vendors, includIng a Subaru dealer near me (in Union NJ). However, I decided to go back to Jersey city (14 miles away from where I live) in order to obtain a new car. As previously, Chito recognised me, understood what I wanted and needed, worked with me in order to obtain the most suitable car option and price (according to my budget). I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else to get a car. I will never buy any other car from any other dealer, for as long as Chito remains with this corporation.
