No good service advisor,in my second schedule service they never rotated my tires and my tires went bad with only 14,000 miles,if you buy you subaru at another dealer do not go to hudson for service they will skip things that need to be done in your car

"Over priced service "

June 2017 I was charged $10 for service on an oil change. This year they charged me $30. Way too expensive service charge. It’s just an oil change.

"Very bad customer experience"

I went to the dealership for a battery change. After the battery change the mileage of my car went down by half. Before the battery change my mileage was around 30 to 35 MPG and after it was 15 to 20 MPG. I haven't changed anything about the car (same routs, same gas, same driving habits). When I called the dealership to ask what may have caused this the answer was that there were too many variables and that I need to make a log, where I log where I go, how much I drive and which gas stations I use. However, I have no changed anything about my habits since i bought my car 5 years ago. For 5 years my mileage was relatively stable between 30 to 35 MPG and now it changed. What would be the benefit of making this analysis. Analysis is only beneficial, if you have a baseline and I don't have a baseline, because I will be logging this information on an on-going basis. I pointed this to the service agent and the response was that there were too many variables... Needless to say, I would not recommend this service center. You never know what may happen to your car.

"Clicking noise in the suspension"

I have a 2008 Subaru Outback with 130,000 miles. Eddie and his team were the pinnacle of professionalism. They understood my layman's explanation of the issue and were able to diagnose it quickly and the repair was finished ahead of schedule. The price was competitive and they even washed my car when they were done. I will definitely bring my car back to Eddie at Hudson Subaru for future issues.

There is new management of the service department. Peter and James are fantastic. I've been to the dealer three times since February and have noticed a nice improvement in customer service. I was nervous today about the service I needed and both men were fantastic in explaining everything, and taking good care of me.
