GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH From the moment I called the dealer to inquire about the car they had red carpet service. I am not local to the area as I was coming from over 150 mi From the moment I called the dealer to inquire about the car they had red carpet service. I am not local to the area as I was coming from over 150 miles away so I wanted to be sure everything was a go before I traveled that distance. Cesar, who was an amazing sales rep, did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and confident in him, the car, and the dealership as a whole. He even went so far as to FaceTime me to show me the inside, outside, engine, trunk, etc about the car I was interested in. I felt comfortable so I made the trip over 150 miles one way that next day. When I got there, everyone in the dealership made me feel great about the experience. There was NO pressure to buy, no pressure to use their banks and those interest rates, no pressure to come up in price from the advertised price on the car I wanted and no pressure to come down in price from the amount I wanted for my trade in. It was a smooth transaction and one of the best I have had in my car buying history! I can actually remember looking at the cars as a little girl and sitting in the waiting room eating snacks. The place has certainly upgraded over the years, but the staff remain the same as we remember - kind, helpful, and respectful. My parents have purchased 4 cars (two of which they still own), my brother purchased a Highlander, I purchased a Scion tC (which I still own), and we just picked up our new Sienna SE Premium last night! To say that we are happy is an understatement. Michael Andrade is an exceptional employee and a genuinely good person. He went above and beyond to make our family’s dream car a reality. We are so thankful for his sincerity and eagerness to exceed our expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone and will send everyone we know his way! Mario Fernandez and Jacques Hakim have been around since my parents purchased their first vehicle and I remember them well. They were salesmen and are now managers, and it’s no wonder because they are very good at what they do! It was really nice to be helped by the same people after so many years.
