HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE After speaking with Anthony and agreeing on a price, I wanted all documentation to seal the deal and buy my car. I was in a rush to get the car and despite knowing that, Anthony kept me waiting for days to wrap up our transaction. He actually told me to go to another dealership if I couldn't wait to speak to a laundry list of about 5 managers before he could send me something to sign. Seriously? Finally one manager did call me -- only to tell me that he would call the next morning. Not surprisingly, I never heard back from him. I called another Toyota dealership (Westbury, NY) and was able to buy my car within MINUTES of making the call -- no schemes, no games, no list of people to speak with. I drove my car off their lot the following day, just in time to start my family vacation. I left word for Anthony that he should lose my number - only to have him call me begging for another opportunity to do business with me -- He MUST be kidding! I paid MORE for the same exact car than Hudson was offering it -- and I would pay more again. Dealing with straightforward and honest people at Westbury made ALL the difference. More

Repairs are done timely and right, If an inspection of your vehicle shows a need for additional services the service advisor explains why and how much it will cost. They have a first class lounge with free coffee and snacks while you wait for your car. All in all it makes getting your car serviced as painless as is possible. More
