I used to hate going car dealers as much as the dentist! I picked Hudson Toyota due to their good reviews. And I sure am glad that I did. My previous experiences with car dealers have not been great - so h I picked Hudson Toyota due to their good reviews. And I sure am glad that I did. My previous experiences with car dealers have not been great - so high pressure and always felt like I was being held hostage. Always trying to sneak some extra I didn't ask for into the contract. My salesperson was Billy Lucero. He could not have been nicer or more laid back. He took plenty of time to show me 3 or 4 cars and let me test drive. At the end of the first day when I told him I would need to come back with my wife he did not pressure me to make a decision or try to chain me to the desk! I came back the following day with my wife and we put him through the paces again looking at several cars and test driving. Billy was helpful, answered any questions and did not try to force us into the more expensive of the cars we were looking at. We spent 6 hours over 2 days and never felt any pressure to buy. All in all everybody I came into contact with at the dealership (including financing) were very kind and professional and helpful. We came away with a car that we were happy with at a price we could afford. One of the keys was not coded correctly and I had to return the following day. The service department took care of it right away and again the people helping me were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy a car at this dealership and would happily recommend them to anybody. More
