When I left home last Friday I did not have plans of buying a car even though I needed a car I was not ready. As my friend and I drove past the Toyota dealer I saw a sign that read Bad Credit no proble buying a car even though I needed a car I was not ready. When we drove into the dealership, I was met by a very nice salesperson that I know now to be Chris Pena, Chris was kind, professional, and not too aggressive. I really hate car shopping and dealing with most salespeople but Chris turned that around for me, he was very knowledgeable about every car he showed me. He took his time me with since I was unsure of what I wanted, I never felt that he was getting tired of my questions or showing me car after car. If it had not been for Chris professionalism, kindness and patience I am sure I would have left without making a purchase. More
