Debbie made us feel like valued customers even though we were just exploring options for the future. She really listened to our needs and managed to identify cars that checked off all the boxes on our list. At no point did we feel pressured. When we are ready to get a new car, Debbie will be the one we will seek. Lastly, Scott, in the Service Center, was very personable, quickly identified the problem with our car (battery) and dealt with us in an honest manner. Overall, if 10 stars was an option, they would have earned 10! More

I went to this dealership looking at a car I most definitely thought would not be in my budget. I was greeted by sales associate Debbie P. She really is so kind and friendly. I took those numbers home and in the middle of the process I had an unexpected emergency. Debbie checked in with me to ask if everything was OK without discussion of the car. I was so happy to get back to the dealership and give Debbie the deal. Upon purchase one of the keys was missing and dealership said they would replace the key. Well wouldn't you know Debbie to the rescue and let me know my key was found. If you want to have a hassle free car buying experience with a human being who cares from beginning to end, go and see Debbie. More

Went to many dealerships during this low inventory world we are living in at this time and looked on line and went to Hudson Valley Jeep and was called and replied to right away not like another Jeep dealer we are living in at this time and looked on line and went to Hudson Valley Jeep and was called and replied to right away not like another Jeep dealer who couldnt even give my wife the courtesy of calling back. Walked In Debbie was the first salesperson that was sitting when I walked in and right away asked if she could help and from there everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a Jeep Debbie is the person to contact very thorough and makes sure that you feel comfortable and ok thru the process. Picked up Jeep Grand Cherokee last night and first thing this morning Debbie is texting asking how we like the Jeep. Customer service is definitely her number one priority not just a sale. My boyfriend and I stopped in on a whim, with a Subaru Crosstrek having caught our eye on the way home one day, and Debbie took us under her wing.
