Then Ed Finn ( i'll call him the Closer ) say down and went over all the numbers. Very friendly gentleman. I leased my last two vehicles at HVCDJR, and would always do my business with them. I have had problems with replacement tires in the past, and the parts department was extremely helpful in making sure that I had the right options and helped to compare cost and performance so I could make an informed decision. All in all, the whole team was very knowledgable, and completed the service in just a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them. More

There was no hard sell. No pressure to "go the extras" that I didn't want. Mark, my salesman, listened to what I wanted, pointed me in the right direction and in the end had the right car in stock, and delivered the same at a price that was impossible to beat. I tried other Dodge dealers and they were not able to match let alone beat the price. I would not hesitate to bring friends and family, or anyone else for that matter, to this dealer for a purchase. Not that I looked at every car on the lot, but from what I could see the inventory was substantial. No wonder they had what I was looking for in stock. When it came time to do the finance paperwork I was surprised that it only took 15 minutes from start to finish.
