Service I bring my dodge journey in for recall and they had the part in when making the appointment then coming to find put the part was the wrong one and the I bring my dodge journey in for recall and they had the part in when making the appointment then coming to find put the part was the wrong one and they had to,order it only day off and took half a day to,figure out and trying to,find out when. This can get fixed they had no answers so they told me I had to call Custmer Realtions and make a case for it to have the part send to them I had to the leg work. Then I called Custmer Realtions and they found a dealer will to work with me and have the part in stock, horrible customer service. Love the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude I would like to start by saying the dealership is comfortable and far from chaotic like other dealerships I have dealt with. There was some minor mis I would like to start by saying the dealership is comfortable and far from chaotic like other dealerships I have dealt with. There was some minor miscommunication with pricing and delivery of vehicle but Eddie and Anthony were very accommodating and I greatly appreciate it. Andrew in sales was very easy going and a pleasure to deal with. He went over with me many of the vehicle options and features including pairing of my cell phone etc etc. Mike in finance made the numbers process very smooth and broke things down in full detail. Joseph Mahecha, salesperson at Hudson Valley CDJR was great to work with! My first impression was that he was honest, straightforward and calming. This was important to me because it can be extremely frustrating and tedious shopping for a car. After a week of phone calls, emails and answering all of my questions rather promptly I was able to finalize the deal and I am thrilled with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. got my hellcat from there and it was like dealing with xxxx got my hellcat paid a extra 400.00 to have it detail with some special stuff when i got car home they clean some of the inside and the back of the car got my hellcat paid a extra 400.00 to have it detail with some special stuff when i got car home they clean some of the inside and the back of the car was dirty has xxxx....took them 38 days to get my plates car sat at the pound for 4 days because the reg expired cost me 225.00 for tow and 65.00 a day total of 485.00 told them and they said it was a extra tax on my plates of 420. so they sent it to me and told me it's a wash......what kind of wash you stole 400.00 dollars for a detail car and 485.00 because you took to long with my plates.....i am out of a extra 885.00 and they tell me it a wash for the plats....when i paid them for the plates in the contract of the car.....watch your money when you go there ......they will rob you for every penny they can get.....worst dealer ever More

Ask for Tom I have never been a fan of "car shopping", seems most dealers are stuck in the 80's. I visited several Jeep dealers looking for a Grand Cherokee. My f I have never been a fan of "car shopping", seems most dealers are stuck in the 80's. I visited several Jeep dealers looking for a Grand Cherokee. My first contact with Hudson Valley Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram was through Ashlee from the internet department, she was very pleasant and helpful. At the dealership she introduced me to Tom Theohary. After meeting and speaking with Tom, there was no reason to go anywhere else. I spent a little over a week working with Tom to find the right vehicle and price. It was a refreshing experience; easy, honest and straightforward. Working out financing with Mike and taking delivery was equally seamless. Hands down- this is an excellent dealership.
