I didn’t buy my Jetta from this dealership as I lived in a different location at the time. However, I’ve used HV Volkswagen for all my servicing needs. I can have my vehicle serviced anywhere but the main reason I keep returning really comes down to one person, Debbie. Truly the entire service staff is great but I want to recognize Debbie in particular. I believe I’ve had four services done over the last two years and Debbie was my service coordinator for three of those visits. This woman is a customer service guru. From the minute I walk in to the minute I leave I feel so welcomed. She’s kind, attentive and caring. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and I never feel like a burden. And trust me, that is not the case everywhere. Let’s be real, taking time out of your day for oil changes or vehicle services is never at the top of people’s “fun” list. But having such a warm welcome and care that makes you feel both trusting of the service and valued as a customer makes the experience so much better. HV Volkswagen is extremely lucky to have her. I’ll continue using them for my vehicle service needs in the future and a large part of why is the customer service I’ve received from Debbie. Keep up the great work! More
