I appreciate your apology 3.5 years later. The truck that I bought at another dealership for over $4000 less and 5900 miles less has been a solid performer. I do not say any of this to be smug. But I would like you to know I have tried to buy from Huffines 3 times. All three times it was more of a personality than a price issue. I tried in 95, 01, and 07. I will not ever try again because that is a fair enough sampling to try to find a non arrogant reasonable sales person. Your dealership had actually called me several times back to try to sell to me. I finally got on your do not call list. The last time they told me the fired the guy I worked with for alcoholism?? Interesting they gave out that information. Good luck in the future but I will never attempt a deal at Huffines again. First times its your fault, second time its my fault, third time shows I was a slow learner. Also interesting that the first good review came on the same day the apologies were posted, just time stamped about 6hrs after the apologies. To each their own, but there are great dealerships east and north of Lewisville that will deal thousands below what Huffines did in 95, 01, and 07. And sales people were much nicer to me.
