So i got the call saying they used the wrong label? So how certain are they using the right product bc my paperwork is showing they used blended oil pennzoil gold.. its not platinum. And it did mention. My menu says 0w-20 they used 5w-20 wven the oil cap on my hemi challenger says 0w-20. Now i cant trust the service manager or the service department. I will have my oil tested to see if you did use synthetic or not. The test will determine if i change my review or not.

I just looked at my previous oil changed and ive been getting ripped off all of them were blended oil change while i was paying full synthetic oil change.. unbelievable. Now i have to go to a different place to get my corrected oil change bc the lupe place they tested the oil and said its not full synthetic.

Now greg the manager, informs me they did put 0w-20 full synthetic not 5w-20 blended oil. But at this point its best i just dont come back ever!! If the tech still scans the wrong code then they are not telling me the truth. I will advise others to look at their paperwork read what oil grade is being used. My review stands. This is my final decision. Stop calling me. You have done enough damage.
