Quick turnaround Had a good experience with trading in my car for a used fleet vehicle. The process was pretty simple thanks to the employees. Pricing was better than a BMW dealership for sure and wasn't pressured into buying into extended warranties etc. I was a little disappointed in the delivery of the vehicle - the detailing was not thorough (there were used hairties on the turn signal and still a fine layer of dust on the dash for a vehicle that's only a few years old). Oil change was scheduled for a few days after the purchase and service light was on. Took it to a BMW service center to take care of these and paid out of pocket to make sure it was in good shape. Not a huge deal but these final touches can really change your impression of how a dealership operates. More
