He would not try to disrespect a customer with unnecessary charges. The service techs, led by Kevin Sousa, deliver excellent, efficient, honest work. The fact of so many repeat customers in both sales and service is a reflection of a well run business that is now led by the new management team of Chris Gendreau and Chris O'Neil. You agree on a price but then sales staff will take the number you and they agreed to and then "talk to the manager". They then come back saying they can't do that price! They claim the offer you and the salesman ( employee of dealership) agreed to isn't being made by the dealership! It is simply a way of getting you to set your bottom price! They will use that against you to work you up from there. Make sure the offers you're getting are a committed price first before you provide any counter offers! More
