I purchased a gorgeous used 2019 Ram and got what I believe is a fantastic value. The truck came with a certified warranty and I did have an exhaust leak and a new battery was needed. Joe was a pleasure to work with but the pink pants and arrogance of the manager cost the sale for me. The used truck I was after had more issues we found than was listed and in the end we walked over $600 arrogance of the manager cost the sale for me. The truck needed a headlight assembly and had a front end vibration so the offer was fix it or take more off the price. Our salesman Joe was willing but got a veto from the manager of Saturdays. Made an offer on another truck to have damage repaired and then purchase which was also vetoed. Sad to waste a day traveling only to find a bunch of issues. Joe was a pleasure to work with. Manager saved cash for more fancy pants. More

And fortunately for me, Adam answered the phone. They had the car, helped me through the process, and approved my application quickly. Knowing I was traveling across the state to get the car not only Adam, but also Angela from Financing, gave me great tips for places I could take the family while we were there. The entire process was easy and fast and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
