Terry was good with the service of my F-150. Although the service had been OK so for, the fact that I took the F-150 in for two recalls along with a check engine light is a problem. The light ind Although the service had been OK so for, the fact that I took the F-150 in for two recalls along with a check engine light is a problem. The light indicated an evap problem. The problem had a service bulletin for the model. I should no have to pay for the defect part since Ford is aware that the part fails. The dealer sold me the F-150 with a tire that has a noticeable "bump" in the ride. They balanced & rotated tires. The problem moved from the front to back this the tire is the problem is the tire. It is my belief the dealer should replace the tire. Another unhappy used truck buyer! The truck should have been "checked out" before being sold. If there were bad brakes, would the truck have been sold with that? Unhappy Larry More

Happy with Humes I had an expensive fix for my 2014 Super Duty, the parts manager wanted me to pre pay for the part which made me upset but after discussion they waiv I had an expensive fix for my 2014 Super Duty, the parts manager wanted me to pre pay for the part which made me upset but after discussion they waived this and fixed my truck while allowing me to pay for it when it was completed. The service department did a great job like they always do. Very Happy with Humes. More
