I was looking for an outback to replace my 2000 outback that had recently been totaled. I had asked my father to call area dealers to see what was available and Alan with Hunter Subaru was the one that that had recently been totaled. I had asked my father to call area dealers to see what was available and Alan with Hunter Subaru was the one that called us back and continued to check on us as we waited to hear from the insurance company, When we went out to the dealership Jeff Parton helped look through the inventory to find just the right car for me. when I received the check for my old car from the insurance company Jeff was there to get the payments to the amount I needed to get the car I wanted. At first I was just shopping around, here and there. Found a few vans at other dealers. I saw a van that I was interested in, at Hunters. I think it was just the way he spoke,made me feel comfortable.I had guestions and concerns Jeff had the answers with out hesitating.The van was very clean , but Jeff ran it through the service department just to make sure things were right. Would I buy again from Jeff. With 0ut any questions (yes). Would I buy from Hunters (yes) with out questions The staff was top notch, service out standing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Very nice dealership to work with. Great fair pricing prominently displayed on tag hanging from mirror. No add-on price sticker from this dealer - a major turn-off for me! The people at Hunter Cheverolet always take the time to go out of their way for us, especially Shawn. He always answers any questions we have and works with us on everything like we are actually thinking a go out of their way for us, especially Shawn. We have to watch the price range though because we are still paying on the Jeep. Shawn is always friendly and outgoing. My wife and I went to Hunter to purchase a new car. We were approached by a salesman to see if he could us and we told him we wanted a new car with 4 wheel drive. We also told him we wanted to look at Hyu were approached by a salesman to see if he could us and we told him we wanted a new car with 4 wheel drive. We also told him we wanted to look at Hyundai, Subaru, and Chevrolet. He brought up 2 Subarus and 1 Hyundai for us to look at. Well we ended up buying the new Tucson. We live on a rock coverd road and needed a 4 wheel drive. We did not get a 4 wheel drive from the salesman. He told us to push a couple of buttons on the dash and showed us which ones. Well the buttons did not help at all, the tires really did spin on the way up the road. When I took it back for it`s first oil change I asked the service lady if my Tucson was 4 wheel drive and she checked it out and said that it was not and I was really upset then! I was so upset I did not approach anybody about this problem! I drove home so I could cool off so I didn`t say or do something I would regret later. I called Randy Hunter to tell him of my problem and he said he would check into theproblem and call me back that day. I never heard from anyone that day. The next day I received a call from the used car manger and told him my problem. Well he said the he would refer my problem to another person. About 2days later I received a call from the new car manager and "AGAIN" explained my problem! He told me that the salesman who sold us the automobile no longer worked for them and that he would pull out our file and call me back. Guess what he never called back and that really made me very very angry so I never called back!! More

Our salesman, Gene Kendrick, did an excellent job in showing the vehicles and describing the ends and outs of each one as well as taking the extra time to make us comfortable during the process. My new hybrid car registered a CEL that almost broke my heart. When I took it to Hunter Hyundai my disappointment with my new car was almost turned to joy. I was greeted with a warm and caring manner that heart. When I took it to Hunter Hyundai my disappointment with my new car was almost turned to joy. I was greeted with a warm and caring manner that demonstrated to me that I had friends at the dealership who would make sure my problem was promptly addressed and solved. My technician immediately took my sick car to the service bay and completed a TSB that the manufacturer had issued. Unfortunately the little orange light ha read it's head again and my service crew has lept into action again and replaced a part according to guidance from another TSB. While the new car has lost a little luster (still an excellent auto) I have gained confidence in my dealership and knowledge that my ownership experience will ultimately be a very positive one.Thanks to James the tech I also have become more knowledgeable about my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. More
