It wouldn’t have been possible without DP (Dan Powers) and Gabriel! They answered all of our questions, worked well with our budgets, and gave the most best customer service I’ve ever received at a dealership. They made us feel comfortable, heard, and appreciated. Great service with Max on our first visit. He hid nothing from us. Disappointed with the handoff salesman who only wanted us to look at a computer screen to find a car and then lied and said t He hid nothing from us. Disappointed with the handoff salesman who only wanted us to look at a computer screen to find a car and then lied and said the car was on a test drive when we found it in the lot in 5 minutes. And when we found that one, the pictures on the website did not reflect the partially torn off back bumper. Called again and got connected with Rakan and he was very understanding to what we were looking for and I will give it to him and his supervisor. We got an amazing Sahara in the color my husband has always dreamed he would own. Yes it cost more. But the lasting take is that after all is said and done, my husband drove off the lot in near tears. After giving me and our daughters the newer car, he got his wish. Another bonus, my 14 yo cannot wait to learn how to drive in the Jeep. Which any parent knows is a miracle!! lol Thank you Rakan for sticking with us! More
