The salesman Daniel was amazing. He was thorough with my vehicles specs and the benefits that come with buying the extras that are offered. What I didn’t like was that they let me go without telling me that there was an interview with the bank to complete our loan. I was on vacation with no signal when all of a sudden I get a text from finance saying that they will report the vehicle stolen because I haven’t finalized the loan. This was crazy for me because I had spoke about my upcoming vacation with finance and there was no mention of this interview. I spoke to the bank that same day and they were understanding and professional. Therefore I would say this was a 5star experience besides the issue with finance. I have already recommended this dealership to family and friends and my cousin even purchased a jeep from Daniel last week. I hope to continue to do business with them and hope to not go through a bad experience as the last one.there was also some scratches that were deep enough but Daniel said they would take care of them so everything was good. More

Huntington Beach Dodge is one of the worse dealership experience anyone can have. The online reviews are all correct, bait and switch. He further got his manager to come talk with us and he even agreed price of vehicle plus tax title license, no add ons required but available to purchase if we wanted. When we sat down and started financing, they wouldn’t allow me to use my credit union financing (which I’ve bought 5 previous vehicle loans with no issues) and required that I used their financing companies. Then a new manager came to sit down and said we have to pay for add ons like door edge guards paint protection and fabric protection that’s not yet installed on the vehicle. Said I didn’t want or need those, but he said they’re required now. Very bad deceiving experience, never again. Disappointing none the less. More

The salespeople and management were rude, disrespectful, cocky and everything you would expect xxxxxxx car sellers to be. Basically, think of every thing thats a stereotype, that's them. Afterwards I needed some follow-up and couldnt get a call back or even an easier response to a sent email. I could only get a response if I could get ahold of the GM, who passed the buck. This went on for over two months. Today, I finally a resolution to my issue, but did it wrong. They sent a payment to the lender they had set me up with, but that loan was paid off, and they were told that. DO NOT GO HERE!! More
