I want to be fair about how this dealer operates because I don’t feel like they “got me.” Their advertised vehicle prices are very aggressive, and that’s what gets people in the door. They make some of their profit through the add-ons offered during the purchase process. I understand why some buyers don’t like that approach, but personally I looked at the entire deal. My advice is simple: do your homework, negotiate the add-ons, understand exactly what you’re paying for, and decide whether those products have value for you. Some of them can actually be useful if you take advantage of what they cover. If you’re expecting the advertised price with absolutely no extras, especially on a cash deal, this dealer might not be the right fit for you. They’re a business and obviously have to make money somewhere. For me, what mattered was the final numbers. I negotiated, got a Wagoneer I really like, and still feel I got a good deal. Come in informed, keep an open mind, and negotiate based on the total deal rather than just one part of it. More

Great service with Max on our first visit. He hid nothing from us. Disappointed with the handoff salesman who only wanted us to look at a computer screen to find a car and then lied and said t He hid nothing from us. And when we found that one, the pictures on the website did not reflect the partially torn off back bumper. Called again and got connected with Rakan and he was very understanding to what we were looking for and I will give it to him and his supervisor. We got an amazing Sahara in the color my husband has always dreamed he would own. Yes it cost more. But the lasting take is that after all is said and done, my husband drove off the lot in near tears. After giving me and our daughters the newer car, he got his wish.
