Dan the manager can keep your last year model car with 5k ac sanitation 😂. The bait and switch tactic and the "wholesale" talk was ridiculous. We live here in HB and my self and husband thought we would give HB Ram our business, but seems it was a complete waste of time. Look for a Yelp and google reviews as well to follow so our neighbors and friends will stay clear and not endure what we did. More

This dealership is useless. I would not recommend them to anybody. They offered me marginally more than another dealership, which is why I chose to sell my car to them, but it w I would not recommend them to anybody. They offered me marginally more than another dealership, which is why I chose to sell my car to them, but it was absolutely not worth the money. When selling, they refused a bill of sale signed by myself and the other title holder because the other title holder was not present, claiming it is DMV policy. I showed them the policy on DMV website stating that the signed bill of sale does not need to be notarized or witnessed, but they insisted that it must be sent in the mail and notarized by the other title holder in another state. After jumping through these hoops and following their request, I delivered the title and signed bill of sale, for which I had to wait hours to receive my check because the entire office staff went out to lunch at 12 and did not return until after 1:30. There was nobody left to keep the business running. This place is unprofessional and the staff is not friendly. If I could do it over, I would much rather take a few less dollars elsewhere to be treated like a human. More
