Purchased a vehicle back on October 01, 2023. We came in with our own financing which seemed to not be a good thing, because we were not interested in their financing offers. We clearly stated that we were not interested in all the add-ons and we were told by Edgar that we had to take the add-ons or we could not through with the contract. That should have been our sign to just walk away. It has already been 5 months and the dealership has still not turned in paperwork to DMV in order to complete the registration process. Our temporary plates expired back on December 30, 2023. I have called the dealership constantly since December, and all I am told is that they are waiting for paperwork from auction where they purchased the vehicle. DMV has already told me that I can not drive the vehicle with the expired tags. I give it a rating of one star, because the system does not allow me to leave the rating blank. Very disappointed with the dealership! More
