I had a huge disappointment at this location. I was in contact with a salesman named Marco Garcia located in the “New Vehicles Lot”. We spoke over the phone as i kept getting calls from the Dealership aft contact with a salesman named Marco Garcia located in the “New Vehicles Lot”. We spoke over the phone as i kept getting calls from the Dealership after calling in for a question. according to the automated phone the calls stay recorded so i hope upper management goes back a looks into this. I spoke to Marco on Monday January 10th 2022 around 5:40 to 6:30pm can’t recall an exact time. I shared with Marco what i was looking for and told him i was looking into trading in my Jeep Compass for a Grand Cherokee but i was more concerned about the monthly payments. I was clear with him I didn’t want to waste his time and i didnt want to waste mine i wanted clear answers. Like “no its not possible or yes its possible” due to me living 1 hr away and also me working a 10 hr shift Monday thru Friday. Marco asked what monthly payment i was looking for and I shared with him the amount. Marco gave me a monthly price for a new 2022 grand Cherokee and I declined due to it being an outrageous number for me. He asked how did i feel about a used grand Cherokee and i agreed into a 2019 grans Cherokee he offered and even texted me images of the vehicle. I saw the vehicle and instantly loved the car i told him it was perfect but again i brought up the monthly payment since if was my biggest concern he said he can do $540 a month with 0 down. This was a conversation over the phone since i live 1 hr away. Marco viewed my credit score over the phone since i did advise him i didnt want to go througg traffic after a long day of work if i wasnt going to get what i was promised. He once again assured me said “yes i can make it happen forsure with 540 a month 0 down i have a bank approval come get the car now” “this is a today offer we close at 9pm if you make it here before i can make it happen”, reminder it was 6:30ish. I reassured with him what he had promised and reassured and agreed he was forsure going to make it happen if i went right there and then. I made it down to Huntington Beach in 55 mins after 10 hrs of work for me to get to the location to have him reassign me to a guy name Franco at the “Used car Lot” across the street where Marco was at. I gave Franco an opportunity thinking I would get what Marco promised over the phone. Franco took me on a test drive on the same vehicle Marco Showed me. I completely agreed to the car it was perfect. When it came to sitting inside and talking about pricing they mentioned the car was 29,000 USED! And got asked for 950 monthly payment!!! Waaaayy off of what Marco promised. Then Franco’s manager jumped in I didn’t get his name unfortunately. He said “let me help you” “850” I still disagreed and explained to him Marco agreed to 540 a month! They look at me like i was a fool. I called Marco and completely gave me the turn around and kept repeating every 5 mins “im on my way” and never arrived to the lot he directed me to. This is where my frustration kicked in. They said 84 month with 850 a month on a USED 2019! 🤦🏻♀️ I was VERY disappointed with Marco first thing i told him over the phone I didnt Want to waste time and the first thing he did. Franco and his manager explained they are 2 different lots and they worked different. Why did Marco not explain this to begin with??? Why did Marco promise the deal I wanted??? He fooled me! Wasted my time! LIED TO ME!!! Extremely Unprofessional. Marco offered free gas to my vehicle for the inconvenience after me going back to confront him about his lies to the lot he was located ln. i didnt drive 1hr for free gas! I went to get the deal he promised! Why lie to your customers? Is this how they are trained to lie and get them to go fooled? Seriously upper management listen to the recorded call i had with Marco Garcia! This isn’t professional at all! More
This place is an absolute joke. I tried to come in and purchase a used vehicle from them and it was a nightmare. Not sure what happened as I bought a car from them years ago and it was so simple. Currently, they won't let you purchase anything without being financed with them. I was there to buy a car, not a loan. Additionally, their prices online are a lie. They mark them as "discounted" online and when you get there, they force you to buy a $3995 package of dealer add ons and warranties that are worthless. Lastly and most importantly, they use ILLEGAL and scummy selling tactics. They coerce you into tied buying. They will offer you lower rates only if you purchase additional products. More

Made a stop at hb dodge see what I could do to buy a brand new Dodge Charger. Taylor was able to make it happen and the rest of the sales team were very helpful. Horrible experience! I hope you all take time to read this review as my experience has ALOT of red flags. We received a phone call from the dealership Saturday evening, they were wanting to buy my Dod this review as my experience has ALOT of red flags. We received a phone call from the dealership Saturday evening, they were wanting to buy my Dodge Rebel. I said you can purchase it if you have a brand new TRX in white. The salesman Drew said “We actually do, and just got it in”. When we got there we drove to the new car lot and asked for Drew. They said I needed to go to the used car section. I thought that was odd since I specifically said I wanted a NEW TRX, but I still went over. They showed us the TRX but kept stating it’s like new only 200 miles on it. They never showed us the sticker, they wrote down the price on a piece of paper. We went home that night to talk about it because we did want to upgrade. Side note they kept trying to get us not to leave. The next day I told them these are the things I wanted to purchase the truck: 1. Beach pass (because my rebel had a beach pass and it’s registered to the truck) 2. TRX stickers on the side 3. Running Board on the truck and showed them exactly what type we wanted. The finance manager even took a picture of it! 4. And the mopar bed lining (again because my Rebel had it). At this point the manager agreed and brought us back to the finance room to sign. Again I thought was odd because we hadn’t talked about the numbers Monthly payments etc. When the finance manager brought up the paper work we were in shock because it was nothing about what we talked about. They had to bring the manager back in the room 3 times! They even brought the General Manager in who was really nice AT THE TIME. Then on the due bill they were missing 2 items the stickers and the beach pass. I said where are the items, the finance manager said it’s on a separate due bill. I said: can I see it? He said trust me because we are giving you so much we have to have it separate. Shame on me for trusting him! After much negotiation, we bought the car and the gas tank was not even full!!! I told them and they said Because it’s late come back and we will fill it up for you. Let’s fast forward, running boards were THE WRONG TYPE and bed spray was not Mopar. 3 weeks later I go to the dealership and ask again for the stickers and the beach pass. They finance manager and the sales managers apparently no longer work there! The General Manager who was once nice during the sale, can’t even make eye contact! And ignores me. I speak the my initial sales man Drew and he says he was not part of the deal! When he was standing there the whole time! When I remind him of that he says “it was so long ago”. WOW!!! So here I am two months still no beach pass, no stickers, and no full tank of gas. Mind you I purchased a 120k truck!!! I continue to call and text with no response. This dealership is the very definition of “USED CAR SALES MEN”. It’s disgusting, yes shame on me for trusting in them. But I believe in Karma. More
I could not get approved anywhere else and they got me approved easily. I was given a rate within about 10 min. I talked to Peter who helped me all along the way until I made it to the store.
