By far the worse experience I've had buying a vehicle at a dealership! Brian Lara over at the fleet sales department sold me a 2021 City van which I paid a deposit on. I came back a week later and was bate/ a dealership! Brian Lara over at the fleet sales department sold me a 2021 City van which I paid a deposit on. I came back a week later and was bate/switched with another van. Nonetheless, I took it anyway because it had rear parking sensors. On the day I was making my payment and going through paperwork and credit and all that stuff, it took three hours to get through everything. Towards the end, he argued and fought with me about not downing a stupid app on my phone that is part of Chrysler / dodge's marketing scheme. I told him I don't want to do it and why is it a requirement? He told me he was being forced by management or he would get fired. I told him that's not my problem, there is no law that states I am supposed to download an app. But anyway, I downloaded the stupid app but then he tries to force me into signing into the app so he can take a screenshot of it and show it to his boss for proof... what??? Are you kidding me? I am NOT doing that! long story short, he begins to threaten me that he will reverse the transaction if I didn't do it. I told him that you already have my signatures and ran my credit and took my deposit and I already wasted 3 hours of my life in your xxxx office and that I will lawyer up if he does it. He comes back after talking to his boss and tells me I will receive NO support from dodge if I don't do it and I said I don't need it. As we walked out to get the car, he starts yelling at me for not allowing me to do his job. What job? I gave you a deposit, you ran my credit and I am approved to take the car. You did your job. Now you're forcing me to download a stupid app and prove to you that I am signed up with it. In which law or rule book does it say I HAVE to do that? Brian Lara NEEDS to be FIRED! Don't bother with this dealership.. avoid at all costs!! More

Where do I start? First, used car sales associate Drew told me the price listed $21,496 for a used 2017 Honda Accord on the CarGurus website was inaccurate as the price listed was $7,500 lower than the ac told me the price listed $21,496 for a used 2017 Honda Accord on the CarGurus website was inaccurate as the price listed was $7,500 lower than the actual price of the vehicle $25,896 and did not include an additional fee of $3,500 for accessories. Mind you CarGurus only lists pricing information provided to them from dealerships. I stood firm on the price and was then told about the $3,500 fee for additional features that I refused to pay. Next, prior to test driving the car I inquired about the battery which showed signs of corrosion. Drew had no answer. After test driving the car I again inquired about the battery and even asked if someone would take a look at it which sales Associate MD did. MD assured me the battery corrosion was just normal wear and tear and even said his battery looks exactly the same. I decided to purchase the car but couldn't take possession immediately because the car wouldn't start. The battery that sales associate MD said was normal wear and tear was dead. The General Manager "Lasso" assured me the battery would be replaced, however after receiving my down payment he said it's the mechanics discretion to determine if it needs to be replaced. The following day (Monday) I picked up the car. Finally, on Tuesday I called the dealership because there is a crack in the windshield. I again spoke with "Lasso" the General Manager and informed him of the crack which happens to be a safety issue. "Lasso" admitted knowing about the crack prior to selling the vehicle (something he nor the sales associate disclosed nor was it disclosed on the vehicle or anywhere else), "Lasso" said that was the reason the car was sold for the price listed on CarGurus, he refused to have it repaired, he refused to provide his first or last name, and then hung up on me. I forgot to mention that both Drew and “Lasso” promised to reimburse me for the Uber I had to take to Huntington Beach from Pasadena to pick up the car but did not If you're thinking about purchasing a car from them reconsider or just DON'T DO IT. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Giving 1 star is 1 star too much. So I drove 2 hours to get a 2020 Pacifica with 10k miles on it for $30,447. I was pre approved with Capital One Navigator and I told the sales consultant that. So my wi get a 2020 Pacifica with 10k miles on it for $30,447. I was pre approved with Capital One Navigator and I told the sales consultant that. So my wife and I pull up and was greeted by Juan. Arturo the sales consultant I was dealing with said to ask for him or Juan. I wish Arturo was just hinest with me and said he shift will be over by the time I get here and to please ask for Juan. I just figured he was green and was nervous to tell me he won't be there. That was fine. So we walk into the empty showroom and I see 2 Managers in the sales tower. I say hello and I get a head nod from Jay Ahmadi. I guess he is a tough guy in his own mind. I left Juan the sales consultant know that I have been in the business 20 years and I have sat in every seat in the car business. I say this just to hope I get a little professional courtesy so i don't have to be there going back and forth for hours for no reason. I know the used car market is crazy right now so not once did I even ask for a discount. I just wanted to drive 2 hours and get a car and leave as quickly as possible. So Jay Ahmadi makes the sales consultant go out and take pictures of the car because he is too lazy to go out and appraise a car. It was very clear that the 2 people behind the sales tower didn't want to be there. Personally I really didn't care because I knew what I came for and I knew the price. So Jay Ahmadi finally walks out of the tower to sit down in front of me to tell me that my Capital One Navigator is wrong. So I said enlighten me and tell me why it is wrong. He says because there is a pack on all used cars. I said no one ever told me that and he snapped and said it is on his website. I said ok so how much is the pack and he said once again with attitude $4500!!! I almost fell out of my chair with that $4500 remark. I asked what it is and he said etch and GPS tracking. I said for $4500!?!? So I just got up and walked away. So now immediately Jay Ahmadi and some other manager, I thought his name was Carl but I was so angry I might be wrong on his name said the one thing I HATE that managers and sales consultants constantly say when there is no training is " What if". I got the what if I can change the price on the pack to $1795? Then Jay Ahmadi said the stupidest line ever.......We are not going to sell you a used car and lose money. How do you say that to someone that not once asked for a discount?!?! All I wanted to do was come in and pay what they were asking so I can be on my merry way. Not walk into a dealership and get their Floor Manager giving me a head nod like we are in the streets. He doesn't know me! Now how Jay Ahmadi should of handled the situation.........Let's start by maybe smiling instead of having an attitude. People make mistakes all the time and it's how you deal with the mistakes is what make you Manager and a leader. Not once did he say he was sorry that we drove all the way here and was not informed that they have a $4500 pack. To me that is deceiving anyways. I get a $500 pack but $4500?!?! I still have not seen it disclosed on their site stating that they have a $4500 pack. That is what Jay Ahmadi said to me. It is apparent that there is no training and the management staff is not ever held accountable. I could see that from reading the reviews and the BBB Complaints they have. Not sure how a business with so many BBB compalints have a A+ from BBB. So if anyone out there is looking for a new or used car from this place all I can say is you have been warned. You can message me here and I will help you buy a car for free as long as you don't contribute to making income for Jay Ahmadi. More
