Got vehicle here Nov. I love my Journey. However, towards the end of Dec oil change msg popped up. Now condensation inside driver headlight. I contacted the dealership leaving a message in the morning about buying a used car and having it shipped to me in Kansas. When I finally got a call mid afternoon, the price on their site and cars.com morning about buying a used car and having it shipped to me in Kansas. When I finally got a call mid afternoon, the price on their site and cars.com went from $27.6 to $30.5. They also told me if I don't come in and opt buy it online from out of state, I would have to pay $34.7!!! That’s $4,000 for online unseen PLUS shipping vs flying in and paying the original price. Bait and switch! I would NOT recommend this dealership, searching reviews it seems in reviews this is not the first time. More

To start The service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. SALESMEN: Alex Ruelas, Yousif Abdullah, David Hill If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. To start off I was told at this dealership was exceptional in their customer service. I drove out two and a half hours to go look at a vehicle that I was eyeing for a while. They did not want to help me with my credit and were adding extra features and accessories to the car that I simply did not want. They plainly did not want to sell me the vehicle as is and as the price that was listed on the website. It took multiple salesmen to help me bring the cost down to what it was listed on the website. Even the manager was still insisting that I pay extra accessories that they “couldn’t remove”. After several calls they finally were able to sell me the vehicle as it was listed on the website and after I paid cash for the vehicle. Once I drove off with the car I got to a gas station I realized that the key that they gave me was not able to unlock the vehicle. Therefore I had to trigger the alarm every single time I had to open my vehicle. On top of that I purchased warranty that I had to drive out again for. Two days later they happen to cancel the warranty and I did not notice until 20 days later when I finally I’m going to pay the bill. My question to them: how did they f**k up so many times? A month and a half later I am still dealing with them and their terrible service. When I complained about their service they did NOTHING and kept telling me “like I said we sell over 1,000 cars a month and are #1 in the nation”... A JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP. More

John Orozco, Ace Azad, and the rest of the guys I interacted at this dealership do not respect you or your time. I came in to look at a Jeep Renegade and they told me it was at another lot and to wai interacted at this dealership do not respect you or your time. I came in to look at a Jeep Renegade and they told me it was at another lot and to wait 15 minutes for them to go get it. I waited for an hour, then asked them about it and they said one of the guys was pulling it up and to wait another 15 minutes. I sat around another hour and asked again and they still didn’t have it, so I had to leave to make dinner. I plead them to just have it ready for me tomorrow so I can come by. I tried to call the next day to make sure the car was there, but no one picked up. When I arrived the exact same thing happened again. In total I waited around 4 hours because these guys were being deceitful about where the car was. Turned out someone had moved the car and the GPS wasn’t turned on so they lost the car. These guys lied to my face to keep me there to make a sale. I’ll never come back here again. More
We went down to Huntington Beach Jeep/Dodge to purchase a used vehicle from their lot and we came from the San Fernando Valley So it was at least an hour or more of drive time to get to their lot, once we go used vehicle from their lot and we came from the San Fernando Valley So it was at least an hour or more of drive time to get to their lot, once we got there we looked at a couple of different cars and settled on the Chevrolet Cruze the dealer had it originally priced at around $15000-$16000 and then they had a dealer discount on the website down to $7500.00 when I tried to speak with the 1st salesman he came out with the worst attitude So we started to speak with another salesman by the name of Juan, he was amazing he tried to do everything possible to help me out. But once he took the quote to the manager, the manager came back to the desk where we were sitting and tried to tell us that there was going to be an additional $5000.00 in added charges saying that these items were added to the car and that there was no way to get the car for the listed Internet Price and if we didn't like it that we could go somewhere else to purchase a car at this point I told him that I was not going to pay anything else that may or may not have been added to the car afterward and that I would contact an attorney and sue them for false advertising once I said this he said that he would have to go to his boss and see what he could do. I stood my ground and did not budge one bit because if they have any vehicle listed for a specific price on their website by law they have to honor that price and at the end of the day I did eventually get the car for the advertised price these people are shady and try to bully their customers into purchasing needless add-ons on top of the price originally state. So for anyone who is going to be buying a car remembers to stand your ground because it's your money, not the dealerships More
