False Ads Don't waste your time going there, the new thing they got going on is they do dealer discounts of $5000 to $6500, but in their ads it says dealer inst Don't waste your time going there, the new thing they got going on is they do dealer discounts of $5000 to $6500, but in their ads it says dealer installed accessories sold at added cost, well they don't specify the extras or the cost, and guess what? every car and truck has dealer installed accessories including GPS so they want $4995 for that and will not even produce that car or truck on ad until you agree to pay it, they try and only show you cars and trucks on the front lot and have these so called ad cars and trucks stashed on other lots far from the dealership views, only push the ones on the front lot, a total bait and switch dealership, last car I bought was a Challenger from them, they advertised a Challenger on ad at that time that wasn't even there, said it was in the body shop being repaired, that is why it was so cheap, allegedly it was wrecked by a customer, sure it was, talked me into a lease instead which I did, this Challenger I leased also had aftermarket electrical dealer installed accessories on it, left me stranded 5 times for battery failure, yes it was killing the battery all the time until we figured out what was wrong with it and removed that item, also some Dodge dealerships will void factory warranties for electrical and computer issues if you have aftermarket accessories on your car, and they know this, when I told them to remove any aftermarket accessories installed on the Ram I was looking at they told me no they would not and walked away and told me if I change my mind about their accessories to come back, well guess what, I will not, and this is my warning to you, don't drive there unless you are willing to pay the higher price than advertised, have these aftermarket accessories that HB Dodge installed on your new purchase that could possibly void factory warranties, More

I am a CPA and I am quite good at negotiating; however, these guys are far superior to my orthodox tactics. they are quite cleaver and cunning. Extraordinarily horrible all around. I got in contact with someone over the phone first thing in the morn and set an appt. Once I get there, it took an hour for them to find and shiw the vehicle to me. The vehicle was trashed; garbage, cardboard and wires all over even hamburger wrappers. The seats were filthy, no wash and no detail had been done. Ms. Alye said its been on the lot for 20 days ans still no detail AND they have it listed??? Unprofessional service from the beginning, sales girl was on her phone texting and calling - very little acknowledgement. We sat down to discuss finance and I was blown away at the fact that they wanted to start negotiating at $6000 + what the listing price was "because they had installed equipment" and paint,theft protection etc. They said if i did not want to include that in my purchase it would cost ne $3000 BAIT AND SWITCH my friends. These are people working to scam u!!! More
SIMPLY THE BEST!!! I did my research and decided to drive 1 hr to Huntington Beach because they had the best and largest selection of cars. We chose a 2019 Silver SUV that was absolutely immaculate. Our salesman, Coy was great, incredibly patient and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Then, Holly helped us with explaining the details and lastly ROH was the sales manager, he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in getting us the best deal! Additionally, due to COVID, they went above and beyond to ensure safety. Coy was kind enough to drive to our house to pick up necessary documents we missed from our home the same day! We are so pleased with our experience. 5 STARS to the entire crew at HB Jeep. THANK YOU!! TIP: Get there early...there were many people already there when we arrived at 2pm on Sunday. The lot is hard to miss. There is a great big gold and blue fringed canopy that gives off good vibes...like you are about to celebrate getting a new car :) More

WORSE DEALER TO WORK WITH!!! I DEALT WITH TEO & ALI, WE MADE A DEAL ONLINE. THEY AGREED TO THE PAYMENT WITH GAP INSURANCE. WE WENT TO PICK UP THE TRUCK AND THEY DID NOT RESPECT TH I DEALT WITH TEO & ALI, WE MADE A DEAL ONLINE. THEY AGREED TO THE PAYMENT WITH GAP INSURANCE. Follow up to my last yelp review. I bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra which was advertised as a "value edition" trim. Come to find out recently that is not the case the one I was being sold was in fact a lower " Elantra which was advertised as a "value edition" trim. Come to find out recently that is not the case the one I was being sold was in fact a lower "SEL" trim. Nonetheless, I bought the car 5/25/2020 and exercised my return cancellation contract and returned the car back to the dealership on 5/27/2020, yet my credit union has not received the money back or has heard from any person at the dealership. AHMAD SABBAGH the finance manager stated it can take up to two weeks for the funds to return yet it has been more than the time I was told. I am not able to get a new car loan from my bank until this clears and stops showing up as active for a car I don't even have anymore. Goes to show they DON'T care about their customers and all money hungry. AGAIN whatever you can to stay away from this place DO IT. More
