Please Beware Of This Dealership! I purchased a used truck from Huntington Beach Chrysler because I prioritize safety for my children. However, just a week after the purchase, the I purchased a used truck from Huntington Beach Chrysler because I prioritize safety for my children. However, just a week after the purchase, the truck began making noises. When I returned it to the dealership, they claimed there was nothing major wrong, but their customer service was poor, and they consistently acted as though they were in the right. Since then, I have had to take the truck to a mechanic for substantial repairs, and I have kept detailed records of all the work done. The vehicle was not safe for my kids, and I want to emphasize that all dealerships in California are required to pass a point inspection before selling a car. The truck I bought had a front windshield that was not sealed properly, leading to water damage inside the vehicle. When I reached out to the dealership to voice my concerns, they dismissed it as a manufacturer defect and claimed it was normal. However, that windshield was replaced and is not an original part. I expect the dealership to take responsibility for a windshield that was improperly installed. This dealership is taking advantage of customers, and I am committed to filing complaints until they take appropriate action. They cannot continue to prey in our community without being held accountable. More
