My husband and I had a great experience with Huntington Beach Ford. We dealt with Rozz Rahimi, and purchased a used Ford Edge. We found the car on cars.com, and there was no haggling about the price, the Beach Ford. We dealt with Rozz Rahimi, and purchased a used Ford Edge. We found the car on cars.com, and there was no haggling about the price, they honored the price listed on this website. We had approved financing when walking into the dealership, and Huntington Beach Ford was able to match the low interest rate. Overall, the employees we dealt with were friendly and professional. We would definitely buy a car from this dealership again, and recommend it to other customers. More

Spoke to the Fleet Manager - he said he would get back to me. Did not call back in a few hours so I called again, took long time for someone to pick up phone. Asked for fleet manager, forwarded my call but me. Did not call back in a few hours so I called again, took long time for someone to pick up phone. Asked for fleet manager, forwarded my call but it went back to the receptionist again. Forwarded to fleet manager again (was supposed to...) then a salesperson named AJ picked up the phone - was short and had an attitude. I asked for fleet manager, said he could help me.... I said I needed to speak with Fleet Manger and he would not forward the call.... then HUNG UP ON ME. Could not believe it. HUGE ATTITIDE.... the worst dealer experience I have ever had. Buy your Ford somewhere else More

This dealership sold me a used Ford Fusion for my college bound son, I planned to transfer the vehicle to Texas before the start of the fall semester. The saleman provided an AutoCheck Vehicle History repor bound son, I planned to transfer the vehicle to Texas before the start of the fall semester. The saleman provided an AutoCheck Vehicle History report that stated "no accidents or events have been reported". One month after the purchase, I called the salesman to inquire as to why the paint was peeling on the bumper, as I'm not an experienced car buyer and honestly didn't know. I did not hear back from the salesman. My first thought was that it had been in an accident that was never reported, so I was concerned about the safety of the car. I then reviewed the dealership on this website, hoping to resolve the issue. The rating I gave them was not stellar. Thankfully, I heard from the General Manager immediately. He had researched the history of the vehicle and said the paint job was due to scratches on the bumper and it was touched up and repainted by a local body shop. He assured me it had not been in an accident as I had feared. He then offered to pay for the bumper to be repainted correctly at a body shop in Texas. I am currently researching options for a quote and am very pleased at how this was handled by the GM at Huntington Beach Ford. He responded quickly with a solution and was very polite and professional. I am also pleased with DealerRater and highly recommend them to other moms who are unsure about the integrity of dealerships in their community, this is a great tool to research, get honest feedback and to voice your concerns. I went into HB Ford yesterday to look at a used 2013 Kia Optima I recently saw advertised. I was approached by Kenny who asked what he could help me with. I'm from out of state and visiting relatives in Huntington Beach. I was in the market for a pickup and noticed the model that I was interested in on your lot. I went into the dealership and talke Huntington Beach. I was in the market for a pickup and noticed the model that I was interested in on your lot. I went into the dealership and talked to Todd. Todd was very helpful, courteous and eventually we worked out a deal that I was very happy with. It was definetly a better price than I could find elsewhere on this particular model.
