Too long at dealership. I was at the Hyundai dealership for around eight hours even though we decided on the car and price within an hour and a half. It took an inordinate amount of time for them to deliver the car. There was no communication between the sales staff and office so the contract had to be re-written several times. Further, I was not showing a contract until all the other documents were done. Would have liked to see the contract first. This made me feel like something shady was going on. More

We were so thrilled to choose the Sonata and have enjoyed our new Sonata since. The Finance dept was very friendly and helpful when signing our documents.
