Veronica was extremely helpful, very attentive and will address ALL your concerns. Not to mention the entire buying experience was like spending a day at Disneyland!!! I did NOT at any point felt pressured nor deceived into purchasing a car that had unnecessary Dealer options that were ridiculously stickered on top of MSRP like other Mazda Dealers! (PHMazda!?) You will NOT find that here at Huntington Mazda! I came into the dealer Monday, March 22 and met Veronica Paco! She was really nice and VERY knowledgeable. She knows the Mazda lineup like the back of her head and was able to determine which package the car had just by looking at it! At one point I thought She was Psychic and had already predicted that I would purchase a car from her! I was interested in the New 2021 Mazda3 in Polymetal Gray, AWD and Turbo! To my surprise, this Dealer had the Car! It was love at first sight and the Car was parked in its own little garage as if it was waiting for me to take it home! I told Veronica! I must take her home! We went back into the dealer and ran some numbers! Unfortunately, the numbers were NOT in my favor but Veronica refused to give up!!! It was like End Game when there was only 1 Possibility and that was for me to purchase the car! It was getting late but Veronica assured me that she would contact me as soon as she heard some good news in the morning! Exactly 16 hours later! I received a Text from Veronica with some good news! I felt like it was Christmas in March and Veronica was Ms. Santa!!! She provided me a deal that I could NOT refuse! It was that 1 Possibility she had predicted all along! I was in the middle of work and was going to be stuck in hours of Traffic but Veronica was so nice that she offered to bring the car to me! Now that is great Customer Service! I managed to cancel ALL my meetings and decided that I would Uber to Huntington! It was the longest 30 mins of my life! When I got to the Dealer, I was approached by Veronica with all the paperwork ready for me to sign and for me to take hold of my New Car! It was the 2nd Most exciting moment of my life! First was losing my dog and receiving a phone call that my dog was found! Thanks to the great people here at Huntington Mazda and especially Thanks to Veronica for making this happen! I will never forget this moment! If you are interested in a Mazda. You NEED to come here to Huntington Mazda and talk to Veronica! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!! More

We knew exactly what car we wanted and was originally supposed to get it from another dealership, however that dealership dropped the ball and we were left to figure it out on our own. We then stopped by the Tustin Mazda location and was referred to Huntington Beach Mazda as the Tustin Mazda did not have the exact vehicle in stock. Larry in Sales at Tustin recommended us to contact Joe Rosales and mentioned that he will call Joe right away to let him know we were on the way and inform him of our situation and the vehicle we wanted. When we arrived at Huntington Beach Mazda we walked up to the front desk in Sales and were greeted right away and before we could even mention what we were there for Joe comes around the corner and says my name; it was pretty incredible how he just happened to know we were there before he actually even met us. He then took us straight to the vehicle that we wanted without wasting any time. Joe allowed us to test drive the car comfortably and quickly took care of us when we were done. We ended up leasing the car and were extremely happy with the entire process. For being a walk-in basically we were taken care of so fast and we truly appreciated that. Joe is such a nice/genuine guy and made the process so comfortable and easy for us. We also came across Greg Underwood who helped us get settled in our new car and showed us all the high tech features of the vehicle; he took his time with us and was so informative. Dustin Ihle in Finance also took great care of us as we were signing all of the documents for the vehicle. Dustin make the process quick and did a great job of explaining everything thoroughly that I was signing, which I really appreciated as it was my first time leasing a vehicle. Overall I left Huntington Beach Mazda very happy and more than satisfied with the exceptional service we received.
