Everything she promised was provided when we went to pick up the car. Then, Carrie spent literally hours going over the vast amount of features this car has. She was very sweet, patient, and helpful. Additionally, Justin in financing made the financing process easy and swift. They both were great. This is the fourth Mazda our family has purchased from HB.
