This location has an open approach to discussion of issues with customers. Received a video showing and explaining additional maintenance issues. Service Advisor Chris fully responded to all questi issues with customers. Received a video showing and explaining additional maintenance issues. Service Advisor Chris fully responded to all questions. Work was completed within the estimated time given. The loaner car was more than adequate for the half day extra to finish up the extra maintenance items. Plenty of chairs safely spaced in the waiting area which includes workspace and usb ports for smartphones, tablets, etc. Have been using this location for service for several years. More

Carrie was well-informed, kind, and patient. We settled on one of the cars, and Dustin made all the paperwork quick and painless. They put a big bow on it, and my daughter was really happy when we went out so she could drive it home. It was a fantastic transaction, from start (remember, a different dealership even), all the way through to the end - top notch, I can't think of anything that could have been done better! More
