Bought a CPO car and then needed an engine replacement! Bought a 3 year old car with 14k miles on it. The very next day I noticed a strange sound from the engine bay. Took it in, reproduced it with Fredy an Bought a 3 year old car with 14k miles on it. The very next day I noticed a strange sound from the engine bay. Took it in, reproduced it with Fredy and he told me that they would find and fix it! He kept in daily touch with me and notified me that Mazda was going to replace the engine. I appreciated his daily updates. Since they were replacing the engine, I was curious about the state of the clutch. I was told that the clutch was fine but they recommended replacing it for $837 just for parts. This was sad. I looked at OEM parts online and the most expensive I found was less than $500. I really appreciated how well I was taken care off, I just wish the prices were more competitive. More

We even drove several miles to follow his change of dealerships, we trust him that much. At this location, our car was washed and vacuumed. A very nice touch!!!
