The Best Car Buying Experience!!! I had a wonderful experience at Huntington Beach Mazda. I'm a major researcher, so I had been researching makes, models, and dealers for almost half a I had a wonderful experience at Huntington Beach Mazda. I'm a major researcher, so I had been researching makes, models, and dealers for almost half a year. I first came across HB Mazda in November 2016, and met with Robert. From the start, Robert was very accommodating. I went in three times, and each time I was in the area unexpectedly so I didn't have an appointment. Robert was very gracious in meeting with me at the last minute. He never pushed me to close (I was in another lease at the time, so I appreciated this), and was always very factual with his information. I never felt like he was trying to mislead me into getting something I didn't actually want. Robert was the ONLY salesperson I interacted with that gave me financial information upfront, and he didn't try to high ball me. The price that he quoted was fair, and I didn't have to waste time negotiating. I test drove a LOT of cars (all makes and models), and finally decided on getting a Mazda3 Grand Touring. I am IN LOVE with my new car. Not only does it have better interior features than my Mercedes, but it is a breeze to drive. Plus, it gets good gas mileage and it looks so sleek. Win! I did my final test drive on a Thursday, and after I decided to move forward with the purchase it only took about an hour to get through all the paperwork. Since I needed to go to work, Robert offered to pick me up the following day (Friday) at a dealership in a different city so I could turn in my old lease and be driven to my new car. It took longer than expected to do the lease turn in, and Robert ended up having to wait a good 45 minutes until I was able to leave, but he did so without complaint. Once we got back to HB Mazda, Robert took the time to show me how to operate all the nifty features of my new car, which was very helpful. Robert went above and beyond to make my car buying experience an easy and smooth process. He was a pleasure to work with, and I've never been more satisfied with a new car. Thank you!!! More

Best car buying experience ever! I had just moved to California and was looking for a new car. I visited Huntington Beach Mazda and Joe Rosales assisted me. I was not in the mood to negotiate so I asked Joe to give me the best price possible. He did just that! Joe was very direct, helpful, and straight shooter unlike many of the car sales people I had met at other dealerships. Joe Balisalisa also assisted me.
