After the sale, my experience is that the salesperson is not there anymore or can't remember you if you have have to come in with an issue. This is not the case with Joe. He takes it upon his self to make sure you are taken care of. I also noticed how he is with his fellow coworkers, helping them out when they need it. In car sales, this seems rare.
