An Unexpectedly Excellent Experience I recently had a great experience at Huntington Honda that I didn't expect to go nearly as well as it did. Rafael Aguirre was extremely diligent in contacting me to let me know that my lease would soon end. Unfortunately for him my life was changing very rapidly at the same time so I was very hard to get in contact with. He never sounded impatient or frustrated even though I wouldn't have blamed him! When I finally came in he was just as pleasant as on the phone. He was positive and made the whole experience great even though I'm not the biggest fan of the whole process. It was not only a great day, but he actually did get me a deal that put me and my wife in a better place financially which was our biggest concern. Not only that he also helped us get an incredible new Civic which is more beautiful than any other car I've had so far. It was a great day and it definitely wouldn't have been without Rafael. Definitely the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership and what's funny is that the second best was also at Huntington Honda with my first lease. Thank you very much! More
