Each person involved with the purchased of our new 2016 CRV was pleasant, informative, helpful, and willing to listen. We used Edmunds and True Car to determine the models we were interested in and to get an idea of pricing. After the test drive and review of the car features, we spent over 2 hours with Aaran going over lease and purchase options. Throughout the discussions with Aaran and Barry, we felt they were willing to negotiate to make the deal happen. Our discussion with Ben was also informative and helpful and flexibility was demonstrated on the pricing an extended warranty. We had not purchased a new car in a number of years. With the benefit of data available on the internet, the prompt follow up by the internet team, and great knowledge about the features and benefits of the car by the sales staff, we were able to take a take home a new car that we really like in a few days.
