They call themselves the number one volume dealer, that's because all they are interested in is pushing cars out the door and meeting quotas. They care nothing about the customer, customer service or the customer experience. Manager Barry needs to get some help with dealing with potential customers. Not a nice man. I suggest Atlantic Honda in Bayshore. A five star dealership and not that far away. I live 2 minutes away from Huntington dealer and ended up in Bayshore and got a better deal than Huntington offered. More

Worst Experience EVER! Too Good to be True I went in on a Sunday Morning, told them the specifics of what I was looking for. Irfan Mohammed, or Mohammed in the dealership, gave me a number on I went in on a Sunday Morning, told them the specifics of what I was looking for. Irfan Mohammed, or Mohammed in the dealership, gave me a number on a Honda Odyssey, and it was more than I wanted to pay. After discussing with my family, we decided we wanted the vehicle. I called Arthur the next day, and he reassured me that everything that was discussed the previous day, and mind you still in the same sales month, is definitely good. Talked to him three times before I left for about a 50 minute commute each way to sign the papers. I did the credit application online before I left home, just to make sure that the process would be smooth. Smooth it was not, or they think they are very smooth talkers. Preet took over the deal and said he could not do the deal, and it would be $20/mo higher than agreed upon, without any reason other than we can not do that. Irfan came and said we can not do it. Basically saying I know what I said, but it was a lie. Dishonesty is not something I deal with kindly and will probably never use this dealership ever. Be warned. And just check their reviews on other sites, it isn't as rosy as this one seems to be...if this review even makes it to the website. More
