My salesman, Arthur Massey, was knowledgeable about the new 2016 Pilot that I purchased and he kept me informed while I waited for the arrival of the car in the color I wanted was in route to the dealership. The negotiations over the price was fair and I didn't feel pressured at all. Good advise for the extended warranty June was outstanding in explaining the benefits of the 10 year/125k wrap warranty. It was a "no brainer" to take this warranty. They are a bunch of rip offs! I went to this dealer to get a 2013 Honda Civic and when I closed the deal a bought a platinum package that the financial guy kept on pushing me to ge I went to this dealer to get a 2013 Honda Civic and when I closed the deal a bought a platinum package that the financial guy kept on pushing me to get because suppousibly it was the best deal with a bumper to bumper coverage for 5 years which I ended up paying $5,000 more for this piece of xxxx package. I went back there after a year and a couple of months trying to get a couple of scratches fixed and the financial clown told me that my package does cover that. It only cover paintless dents. What a rip off!!!!!! Never go to this dealer and never purchase those rip off packages. They are all lies!!! Be careful!! More
