Ben worked with me to come to a deal that I was very satisfied with and did not pressure me with tactics or vehicles that I was not interested in as I have experienced at other dealerships. Ben & Ryan were attentive through the week and answered all of my inquiries in a timely manner leading up to the pick-up date for my vehicle. Dealing with Ryan in finance was also a good experience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in presenting accessories that worked best for me. In the future when I need to suggest a dealership to a friend or need another car myself, I will be looking to do business again with Benjamin Cekovik and Ruan Wilkinson. More

Best vehicle purchase! I've been to this dealer once before for a lock recall and was impressed by how quick and attentive the staff was. As soon as I walked in Aldo Graziano greeted my family and I. I explained to him what I wanted and he took me for a test drive on my car of choice. Aldo was super knowledgeable of the car, explained everything in full detail. Made me feel real comfortable. He informed me of some of the sales promotions going on and within minutes I picked one that worked for me. I also meet Jason Jin, who went over with me some of the extra packages Honda has to offer. I felt like I was in and out with this purchase. I've been to other dealers where it has literally taken ALL day to process the paperwork. I filled most of it out on Sunday and by Monday afternoon I was picking up my brand new car. I am very happy I picked Huntington Honda and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Friendly salesman but the finance manager "Sam" was RUDE My salesman was Peter Licata, very friendly and helpful. Took my daughter in to look at an accord she saw n the internet. We settled on the listed pri My salesman was Peter Licata, very friendly and helpful. Took my daughter in to look at an accord she saw n the internet. We settled on the listed price, everything went well up until this point. We came in on a Sunday. After writing up an agreement with Peter we were then turned over to June Torres. He seemed pleasant to deal with. He ran a credit check and me that my daughters credit was good for her age and that mine was outstanding. He said we should be able to get a good rate but since it was Sunday the "banks" were closed. He further said he would not been in after 2:00 pm so "Sam" whom he works with will take over. I asked "is Sam your boss?" June said "no" but we worked together. Because of my daughters work schedule we were not able to return the next day(Monday August 24, 2015) Never the less, we made appointment to return that Tuesday August 25. June told me to bring a certified check of which I did on Tuesday. On Tuesday we again meet Peter Licata and he introduced us to a Finance Manager named "Sam" and I didn't get his last name. He brought us (myself, my wife and daughter) into his office. He proceeded to make small talk by telling us that growing up everyone in his house name started with an "S". From that point all the pleasantness were over. he went on for the next ten minutes rambling talking the 125,000 mile extended Service plan was the greatest and how he wouldn't let his family buy a car without it. He talked for about another five minutes about how many dealerships he's work ed in, how long he's been in the business, how this plan is backed by Amitrust, all the big dealers like Millennium and Atlantic Honda uses them etc. "bla bla bla". I waited patiently for opening to get a question in. Finally after be lectured in all of this time, I said excuse me "but can I ask a question?" Sam rudely said "I'm not finished, just let me finish" After he finally finished I said we didn't ask about the an extended service plan, the car only has 23,000 miles on it.He went on an on about how complicated these cars are to fix and you can't fix them like back in 2005.. I told I come from a family of mechanics. He said "you don't have thousands of dollars in equipment to fix these cars" Wow, so he completely judges me, and know my background, who I am and my history, What an insult. Next he proceeds to try to focus all of our attention on the monthly payment (while holding a calculator in front of us), saying this is only going to cost you $18 more a month. I'm thinking, how did he come up with this. He took the liberty of putting in for 72 months. We never asked for 72 but 60 months. He said" this is better for you" Really, paying more interest better, since when! We went back and forth. sam got more condescending by saying"be nice to me...be nice to me , i give gifts" as if he were talking to a child. he said this plan cost $2950, I'm giving it to you for $2500. I said this not what I asked for. He rambled on some more and said "you wouldn't do thjis for your daughter, its just $18" Like I'm a bad parent. He then lowered it to $1950 I said "No". My wife finally had enough, got up and went to the restroom. I said "look, I've been through this before, just give what i asked for, which was 60 months and that's it". So at this point, Sam has never told me the rate we were getting. He took it upon himself to move us into 72 months financing in ordered to HIDE the added cost of an extended warranty Angrily he said "FINE i'll have to call the bank for a different rate and do the paperwork over". We got up, left his office and sat down at the tables outside in the lobby area. Peter came over to looking very embarrased, and aploogized. My then returned and couldnt beleve the horrible experience we just got. Sam comes backs over, never apologizes. I told him I came here with a certified check, I didn't asks for all of this" I further asked Sam do I need to go get my own financing?, go to my own bank?" In an angry manner Sam said "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU DO" and left My wife was shocked and we were all insulted Right there on the spot my wife contacted our credit union , gave our information and got an instant quote of a rate of 2.29% on the phone. They said we could come pick up the check today! Sam then rushes back out of his office and said he just contacted the bank, and that he did everything over at 60 months. I looked at his print out and it showed the warranty was taken off and the term was for 60 months and a rate of 4.75% UNBELIEVABLE My credit score is over 800 and he did us a favor by "contacting the bank" and returned with a rate of 4.75% We then went over to the credit union that same day and returned back to Huntington Honda Certi-Care with the check. We finalized all of the paperwork with Peter and again Peter apologized and not Sam . Sam would not even look in our direction. When the car was outside I took picture all around while Peter and Mike were explaining the navigation to my wife and son (They are ALL in the pictures). I noticed some car scratches at different spots on the car. I pointed it out to Peter, He said "yes these are just cosmetics" However upon further discovery the next day, we noticed the bottom of the front bumper was cracked. We I went back looked at the pictures, indeed it clearly shows that the bumper was cracked. I would like t give a higher rating but unfortunately the sour and lousy experience given by Sam leaves a bad taste and wouldn't want to subject anyone I know to this.kind of treatment. P.S. Now what do I do about the cracked front bumper we discovered? More
