He's very pleasant and made me feel comfortable when I told him my parents are a hassle. He insulted & harassed my wife, used derogatory language, shouted & literally threw them out of the showroom. She was reduced to tears & was very upset. My wife tried to find another manager she could talk to & complaint but was denied all courtesies & was told to leave. Would like to File an official Complaint against the Sales Person & Dealership. Never Visit this Dealer. More

Outstanding salesman/individual I recently took my niece to purchase a used car from Honda of Huntington. Peter Licata was our salesmen. I can not say enough about the service from I recently took my niece to purchase a used car from Honda of Huntington. Peter Licata was our salesmen. I can not say enough about the service from this gentlemen! He worked with us to find the perfect vehicle to meet her needs, she had recently lost her dad who would have been sharing this experience with her so it was somewhat emotional for both of us. Peter was wonderful and so kind and helpful. He called me and/or emailed me everyday to not only tell me if there was a car that came in that fit our parameters but he spent the time to just see how the family was doing. Peter was a pleasure and a really great individual. When I'm looking for my car early next year, you can be sure that I will be going back to see Peter. More

I guess I'm part of the minority Where to begin... I had been communicating with Huntington Honda's internet salesperson (Jessica) for the better part of the week and was happy to Where to begin... I had been communicating with Huntington Honda's internet salesperson (Jessica) for the better part of the week and was happy to have come to a price agreement on a new 2015 Civic EX-L. I had already had this price confirmed from another dealer an hour away so I was happy that Huntington Honda said they could match saving me an 2 hour round trip drive. Too bad that feeling didn't last too long. I made an effort to confirm with her via email that the price was solid and let it be known that I didn't want to make a trip out there for nothing. She assured me that everything was all set and her manager had already approved the price and I can close when I got there. Well, when I get there I was told by Joshua and manager (Mike) on staff that they had no idea where she got her price from and they couldn't honor the price as there must have been a misunderstanding. They never offered to call Jessica to get more information or check with the manager who agreed the price even though I produced the original email with full communication, to top it off they didn’t even have the color I wanted in stock. My impression of this dealer is that they use deceptive sales practices to get you in the door so they can try and pressure you. This speaks volumes of their poor business practices and ethics. Happy to provide the email communication I had with their internet sales department to anyone who would like to back up my claim. In the end I purchased my Civic from another dealer (over an hour away) for the same exact price that Huntington said they couldn’t match (This was over 1k less than Huntington’s lowest quote). Thank you Huntington Honda for making sure my friends, family and I don’t waste any of our precious time on any future purchases with you. By turning me away I was able to find an honest dealership that doesn’t need to use any deceptive sales tactics to make a sale. If you do decide to purchase from here, I wish you the best of luck and hope you don't have the same awful experience I did. More
