Terrible service. I leased a 2014 pilot touring from Huntington Honda. My tires wore out in 12 months and my car could not pass inspection. Very easy, no pressure stopped in on a Saturday to see the new HR-V which my daughter was set on purchasing. Greeted by Antonio right away and he showed her the floor model, stopped in on a Saturday to see the new HR-V which my daughter was set on purchasing. Greeted by Antonio right away and he showed her the floor model, answered all of her questions, offered a test drive and checked his stock to see if he had the one she wanted. She was pretty set on this car and had really done her research before going in to this dealer and all we needed then was a fair price. He stepped away to see the managers (I understand but hate this process). Cam back with a good and fair offer but we told him the price we really wanted to pay based upon our research. He went away and came back 2 minutes later and said it was done and we could even have the car that afternoon. The next part was what was really different in my mind. As we started the paperwork, Antonio asked my daughter if she was a recent college grad (she was) and then said oh well if you are financing (she was), then you are entitled to another $500 toward the down payment on the Honda finance program. This is important. We knew this but did not ask just yet and wanted to see if it was offers or we had to ask for it. Over the past week we had stopped into a few dealers to see if they had the car she wanted and when we asked about the $500 additional credit, it was not always clear that they knew what we were asking about (this is a Honda program). Anyway, we did not have to ask Antonio. He offered it (by the way, you need to bring your diploma in to get the credit and it has to be wishing the past two yeas). We came back a few hours later and picked up the car. Antonio went over everything with my daughter. He did a great job. He is an excellent, honest and knowledgeable salesman. I highly recommend Antonio and Huntington Honda if you need a new Honda. More

Happy Customer We had a good experience at Huntington Honda West, the Used Division of Huntington Honda. Our Sales Consultant was Jason Tingling. He answered all our questions, was extremely patient, and not pushy whatsoever. No stereotypical used car salesman B.S. with this guy, which I sincerely appreciated. He showed us cars over two days (one of those days was a rainy mess), and came in for hours on his day off to finalize the deal. The receptionist Sara was great as well, she kept my antsy 6 year old occupied while we went over paperwork (The next day my daughter asked me if we could go visit her friend Sara at the car store!). This would have been a 5-star rating, but the last stop before they let us leave was with the warranty guy - all of a sudden my excitement faded, as he informed us that everything that was shown to us on the Carfax report regarding the warranty, which was a big reason that we chose the car that we did, was not valid. Apparently the warranty did not transfer to the second owner. I wish they had been more transparent about this, rather than letting us believe what was on the Carfax report was correct. But regardless, as a whole, I had a good experience here and would be likely to return. I would definitely ask about the specifics of the warranty earlier though, and not wait to be surprised at the end! More
