Very Impressed I first dealt with Michael Anthony who was the most straight forward sales person you can get. Guided me to some cars which were all pretty nice. I we I first dealt with Michael Anthony who was the most straight forward sales person you can get. Guided me to some cars which were all pretty nice. I went back and he wasn't there so I was introduced to Felix who worked very hard for me to get a great deal. There was a car that was being driven by a manager that caught my eye and I was very happy that he was able to get this car prepped and ready for me to test drive while I wasn't there. I am very picky with used cars and really had little confidence that the vehicle would be in great condition but Felix assured me over the phone that it was. So, when I went to see it that evening (he stayed and waited for me past his working hours), it certainly was in great shape. In fact, the quality of the cars at Huntington Honda were far more impressive than other dealerships that I had been to. Literally, another dealership tried to sell me a used Honda with a ripped driver's seat. Thank you Felix and Michael for a great experience and I would certainly recommend Huntington Honda for anyone looking for a great used Honda. More

Close but no cigar [Huntington Honda Used Car Dealership] Visited the dealership on a Tuesday evening with my wife. Came to see a used Town & Country and then we liked the Pilot instead. The initial negotia Visited the dealership on a Tuesday evening with my wife. Came to see a used Town & Country and then we liked the Pilot instead. The initial negotiations were a bit difficult but then we came to an agreement. The sales process was not that terrible considering we were in a used car dealership. The problem came about the following day when I was to take delivery of the vehicle. The finance manager - Wayne - misled me regarding the time it would take to install the remote starter/passive alarm. He said less than 2 hours and instead I was made to wait nearly 4 hours and the car wasn't ready yet. He denied, denied, denied having said anything but the salesman - Jason - was there and agreed I was misled. The customer service that ensued was just atrocious. I proceeded to have this discussion with Wayne, and another salesman named Manny got aggressive and verbally confrontational. I ended up getting the car delivered to me after 7pm, but I was made to wait much longer than necessary. I would not return to this dealership. More
