When I met Rob Frechette he explained the amount of quality used cars that they had for sale and quickly had me working with Michael Anthony. Both of these gentlemen had me feeling at ease within a half hour of walking in the door, and it took that long because I have always had my guard up when shopping for a car, new or used. However, after speaking with Rob and Michael I felt as though I was not there with someone trying to sell me a car, I was there with people trying to help me buy a car. I believe there is a difference and if you have ever shopped for a car then you know what I mean. They took the edge off of me. They explained everything that I needed to know about buying this particular car and more importantly they explained everything I needed to know about the price I was paying. Like all of you reading this, I too have always been skeptical about car salesman as well as hidden costs in the price of the vehicle. When I say that they gave me a great car at a great price, I say it with sincerity (I checked and compared against several sites including KBB). Zero, absolute zero hidden costs and nothing was being forced upon me. I could have walked away at any point. These two gentlemen, Rob and Michael, represented Huntington Honda in the most professional and caring way. They were easy to talk with and They went out of their way to make sure the car and the payment was the right fit for me. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Eric even personally came to my work to have me sign something so I didn't have to make the drive to them. Who does that? Talk about customer service! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a good deal and a great car. Oh they even have a free hot dog cart on Saturdays! More
