I am a 19 year old college student who came in one day on a whim looking at models of the 2008-2012 Honda Accord. The next day it was chosen that i would be chosing the Honda Accord LX-P a model one step above the base model with alloy wheels and power driver seats! The warm service was from both Angel whom gave me and my father a ride in one of the 2010 models was warming easily understood about specs about that car and its specific add ons as well as both him and robert were always willing and ready to print out Car Facts about them ! the third day we ended up putting a deposit down! through fanigaling of Robert and Steve i managed to get the same 2010 LX-P Model for a very very reasonable price right off the showroom floor with 16,000 less miles! Over all the service was a fantastic no pressure fun environment to be in ! i would highly recommend coming here for purchasing a new/preowned car cause each of the staff members all have extensive knowledge about all the models on the floor and or outside as you pass! Arthur was a delight to go through the car buying process with... We had been to another Honda dealership, prior, and the difference was like night and day. We left the other place feeling like we were bei with... We had been to another Honda dealership, prior, and the difference was like night and day. We left the other place feeling like we were being conned... Arthur explained every step of the process so we knew what to expect as we went along. He was honest in what we should expect on our old trade-in which turned out to be accurate. He paid attention to the smallest of details like cleaning the license plates before putting them on our certified Accord SE and the bow on the dashboard! And the big details, having the remote start installed that day... And even when things weren't going well, he was upfront about the delay in processing our paperwork which took a good while; apparently the woman who did the processing was slowed by the sale of a non-Honda vehicle and the process took longer than usual... We were so pleasantly surprised with Arthur's service we donated to Toys for Tots run by USMC at Applebee's that very day and wrote it was in honor of Arthur (who we found was a Marine - how could we miss the buzz cut)...
