Being new to the USA (here on a work contract as a National Sales Director for my company) I had no line of credit and was trying to lease a car with a co-signer. I have NEVER been treated so poorly National Sales Director for my company) I had no line of credit and was trying to lease a car with a co-signer. I have NEVER been treated so poorly as I was treated there. Firslty I was told not a problem that I didnt have credit, a NY State Drivers Licence. They would be able to assist. Took a 400USD deposit from me which is wear the fun and games started. After changing their story three times now they wanted to lease the car in my cosigners NAME as it was "not possible"without a NY State Drivers licence to a) get insurance and b) lease a car. Both statements are totally FALSE by the way. We went back to the dealership to cancel the contract and get our deposit back as my brother did not want to lease the car in his own name as he has two cars already. The original sales person Andrew who gave us the bad information LITERALLY TURNED HIS BACK ON US when we were telling him what happened and that he gave us bad information. Another sales person Scott then took over, he was a lot better and at least explained the situation to us. The finance guy then dragged us in to spreak to us about cancelling the contract and then the GM and then some other guy as well. By this time we were done begging for our money as the gang of staff stood around us trying to talk us out of it and intimiate us "no one else will be able to handle this complicated situation" they said "we are the only ones that can do this type of thing" Well, that was an absolutely fabrication. I did cancel the deal with HH and just a few miles down the drag on Jerico Turnpike is VW Huntington dealership. They COULD help me, handled everything and were professional and courteaous. Huntington Honda has a LOT to learn from them. More

I am a 19 year old college student who came in one day on a whim looking at models of the 2008-2012 Honda Accord. Robert accessed my needs and made a very comforting environment while showing me the numerous a whim looking at models of the 2008-2012 Honda Accord. The next day it was chosen that i would be chosing the Honda Accord LX-P a model one step above the base model with alloy wheels and power driver seats! The warm service was from both Angel whom gave me and my father a ride in one of the 2010 models was warming easily understood about specs about that car and its specific add ons as well as both him and robert were always willing and ready to print out Car Facts about them ! the third day we ended up putting a deposit down! through fanigaling of Robert and Steve i managed to get the same 2010 LX-P Model for a very very reasonable price right off the showroom floor with 16,000 less miles! Over all the service was a fantastic no pressure fun environment to be in ! i would highly recommend coming here for purchasing a new/preowned car cause each of the staff members all have extensive knowledge about all the models on the floor and or outside as you pass! More

He personally saw to it that I got the exact car that I wanted and that was the right "fit" for me. I was also very happy with the way I was treated by the finance manager, Mark Rybacki. I was experiencing a a problem when i had brought my honda accord in for service for a problem when the car would be shaking when i put pressure on the brake pedal. i had left the dealer ship and was ad honda accord in for service for a problem when the car would be shaking when i put pressure on the brake pedal. i had left the dealer ship and was advised that the problem was fixed with no charge. the next day i realized that the vibration was not gone so i went back to the dealership and asked to speak to a manager and Mr. Orlando cam to speak with me. he said he would get my car back into the shop however i would have to pay 1 hour for them to look at my car. i advised him that i was in yesterday and he didnt seem to care. he was being very nasty with me even tho i have been a long time customer. he then told me that there was nothing that the technicians could do and asked me to leave the dealership. I would NEVER go back to this service center and had contacted Honda Inc. I reccommend going to Bay Shore Honda or any other Honda Dealership in the area. More
