Luckily for us, we were asked to come back and resign due to a discrepancy in the contract. We returned the car. Our experience at Huntington Honda was so different. Angel, the sale's person who helped us, conveyed a trust-worthy manner and was extremely knowledgable about the car that we bought. This is the second Certified Honda Accord I have purchased from this Dealership and particularly from Steve Berkowitz. He makes you feel comfortable and goes out of his way to get the answers to al purchased from this Dealership and particularly from Steve Berkowitz. He handled all of my insurance details and had the FS-20 faxed to the Dealership so that I could drive it home that day, this past Tuesday. I phoned before going there to make sure he was in that day and to be sure he was still working there. I hade previously bought a Certified Honda Accord from Steve, for my wife, and said then that I would only deal with him in the future and hopefully from Huntington Honda West. my first trip to your dealership was the very first stop I made. It was more fact finding than anything else. Alam was patient, knowledgable and very able to answer all of my questions. I did stop at a few other dealerships to be sure that this was the car that I wanted. Honestly, they were so busy "selling me" that they didn't have the time to hear what my questions were. I came back to Alam. He had other people that he was working with and still made me feel as though I was the only person in that showroom!He literally took care of everything, even making sure my blue tooth was hooked up! The finance manager, floor manager, service manager, EVERYONE was equally friendly and accomodating. This is the first Honda I've owned and I love it! Since I picked up the car Alam has e-mailed to thank me, called to check on me, and reminded me that if I have any questions he's right there. He made this an incredibly easy and happy event.
