Arthur was a delight to go through the car buying process with... We had been to another Honda dealership, prior, and the difference was like night and day. We left the other place feeling like we were being conned... Arthur explained every step of the process so we knew what to expect as we went along. He was honest in what we should expect on our old trade-in which turned out to be accurate. He paid attention to the smallest of details like cleaning the license plates before putting them on our certified Accord SE and the bow on the dashboard! And the big details, having the remote start installed that day... And even when things weren't going well, he was upfront about the delay in processing our paperwork which took a good while; apparently the woman who did the processing was slowed by the sale of a non-Honda vehicle and the process took longer than usual... We were so pleasantly surprised with Arthur's service we donated to Toys for Tots run by USMC at Applebee's that very day and wrote it was in honor of Arthur (who we found was a Marine - how could we miss the buzz cut)... This is the second Certified Honda Accord I have purchased from this Dealership and particularly from Steve Berkowitz. He makes you feel comfortable and goes out of his way to get the answers to al purchased from this Dealership and particularly from Steve Berkowitz. He handled all of my insurance details and had the FS-20 faxed to the Dealership so that I could drive it home that day, this past Tuesday. I phoned before going there to make sure he was in that day and to be sure he was still working there. I hade previously bought a Certified Honda Accord from Steve, for my wife, and said then that I would only deal with him in the future and hopefully from Huntington Honda West. I did stop at a few other dealerships to be sure that this was the car that I wanted. Honestly, they were so busy "selling me" that they didn't have the time to hear what my questions were. I came back to Alam. He had other people that he was working with and still made me feel as though I was the only person in that showroom!He literally took care of everything, even making sure my blue tooth was hooked up! The finance manager, floor manager, service manager, EVERYONE was equally friendly and accomodating. This is the first Honda I've owned and I love it! Since I picked up the car Alam has e-mailed to thank me, called to check on me, and reminded me that if I have any questions he's right there. He made this an incredibly easy and happy event.
