Alam was extremely helpful in securing this deal. When our insurance company faxed over our ID cards, he noticed that they forgot to include my husbands middle initial on the ID card. After hearing the message my husband and I went to our Insurance Company, only to find out, they had already closed. I called to notify Alam that now we would not be able to pick up the car until the following day, but as soon as I spoke to him, he immediately relieved me of my disappointment. Alam informed me that while I was at work, he "googled" our insurance agent and found the tele number and contacted them himself to rectify the error they made. Due to Alam's willingness to go the extra mile for his customers is most certainly one of the top reasons we chose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

We were trading in a 76 Cadillac, which is quite unusual. The staff was very helpful in doing research and looking into how much we could trade the car in for and put toward the purchase of a new vehicle. The only complaint I would have was that the entire process took more time than I would have wanted. However, while I was waiting, the staff was very accommodating and made what can be an unpleasant experience quite pleasant overall. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle. I already love my Civic. More
